Terminally Online is a band that specializes in lofi music, a genre known for invoking feelings of nostalgia in its listeners. I was tasked with making their vinyl and CD cover, lanyard, ticket, cassette, and lyric book for their new album.
Their music is inspired by the 80s and 90s. These eras for many were known for bright colors, emerging tech such as home computers and the internet, and an overall boisterous culture. Since the album is called Memory Leak, I figured using an old Macintosh computer would be fitting. Apple's old branding and bright colors also inspired the album, since their logo on their old computers was vibrantly colored.
