AS/NT Relationships (Asperger's/Neurotypical) is a set of three episodes that focus on helping these couples overcome any challenges that come from having Asperger's (AS). Around 8-10% of people with AS are married, with an 80% divorce rate looming over.

This project will be for partners where one of them has been diagnosed with AS. This project takes both perspectives into account, as both parties will benefit greatly in understanding one another rather than focusing on either the AS or NT individual.
Process
When thinking of a color scheme, I decided to use pastel colors as they were easier on the eyes and let the characters contrast from the paper background used. The use of simple shapes (aside from the characters) was used to make the videos easier to watch.

Time Management
Scheduling for the videos was kept tight to get them done before the due date. The script was broken into pieces in the storyboard, with the animation prompts shown in parenthesis. A number was assigned to each prompt, allowing the project to be broken up into smaller and organized pieces. The numbered prompts were then compiled into multiple Photoshop files depending on the day (Ex: If prompts 10-12 needed to be done, a PS file was made to contain 10-12's assets). This was not only done for organization, but to act as a fail-safe in case the file corrupted. These files were then exported into After Effects. With each layer in the Photoshop file labeled and organized, it made going through the chunks during the editing process much easier. This method was so effective, the project was finished weeks before the due date without any quality loss.
Episode 1 Script & Storyboard. The "storyboard" section of the script is in parenthesis. A superscripted number is assigned to each prompt, which will allow ease of file/asset organization and time management.

Schedule Excel Sheet. Each episode was done one-by-one to avoid becoming overwhelming. The numbers are referencing the prompts on the script/storyboard. Usually 3 storyboard prompts had to be finished per day, but trickled down to 2 near the end.
